I worked with Greg over a 10-month LONG process of buying my first home in NW Denver. With the housing market in this area (specifically Highlands) as crazy as it has been in 2013, Greg and I were able to find and close on a near-perfect home (for me) in Jefferson Park and I couldn't be more pleased with 1) my new home and 2) Greg's performance, expertise, assistance, (and patience) provided throughout this process.

Greg brings an abundance of real estate knowledge to prospective home buyers, especially first-timers like myself. From the beginning, I hoped to find a distressed home in need of renovation that I could fix up, make my own, and hopefully reap the benefits down the road when sold. We looked at many homes to where Greg would provide his professional opinions as to the condition, layout, function, value, and resale-ability. He provided me with a multitude of previous year sales data by neighborhood to help me in getting a feel for what homes cost in various Denver neighborhoods. Over these 10 months, we met on numerous occasions and looked at probably somewhere around 30-40 homes. Out of all of these homes, the home I purchased was by far the best value and location and I am glad that I was able to be patient to find the RIGHT property.  While this has probably been one of Greg's busiest years in the past decade, I was always able to schedule times (usually very short notice since most listings were getting multiple offers their first day on the market) to view prospective homes. While the "finding" process was long and arduous, once we went under contract we were able to close in less than 3 weeks. 

Greg has a GREAT network of people he works with (lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc.) which made the process of buying my first home smooth as can be. I would recommend Greg to anyone I know that is interested in purchasing a home in Denver, CO, and will undoubtedly call him again whenever that time comes when I am looking to sell/buy again.

My wife and I purchased our first house recently and Greg was our real estate agent. Greg's dedication to us, his high level of expertise and insight about the industry, his timely management of the process, and his friendly demeanor made the process as smooth as it could be. This was particularly important because we had a number of things go wrong during the process, from having the sewer line need to be replaced to having the wall of our garage collapse before we finished our purchase. Greg worked closely with the seller's agent and deftly helped us navigate each pitfall (in both a figurative and literal sense). Greg is a great realtor!! After not being satisfied by your typical 'I will sell you anything' realtor, I switched to Greg and never looked back. As a first time buyer, I was highly impressed with Greg's outlook and personal consideration to my wants and needs of the house I was buying. You could definitely tell my interests were his interests and I thoroughly appreciated his analytic approach to every property we looked at. He had vast knowledge of the Denver market and detailed information on the neighborhoods that made me feel comfortable considering I was moving from out of town. You will have no regrets going with Greg, definitely a true Denver realty expert!!!!!

Greg is easy to work with and very attentive. He knows the general Denver Real Estate market really well and keeps himself informed on trends in both housing and rates. He knows some neighborhoods better than others (like most realtors), but he makes his best effort to educate himself and give you a well researched opinion on CURRENT pricing and value. All in all, I would highly recommend Greg for an easy experience (buying and selling). Just ask him how well he knows your neighborhood and push a little if you feel he's not where you need him to be on pricing or inspection items. He'll do what you ask, just may not be what he would recommend :)

We worked with Greg for over 2 years while we waited for our condo to sell. Over that time he continually kept us updated on market conditions and inventory. When the condo finally sold he found several houses that fit our must-haves and we eventually found the house we loved in the neighborhood that was our top choice. Always able to get a hold of Greg, extremely accomodating and responsive to any requests and pushing back on builder when needed. Knowledge of the Stapleton area was a huge plus and understood the issues with new building projects and local covenants in the area. Great experience!

I would recommend Greg to anyone without any hesitation. Denver is so saturated with realtors, and I feel lucky to have worked with Greg. I bought my first house with him and he spent countless hours explaining every step of the way to me. We saw at least 30 houses, and he made me feel like I was his only client (which was far from true). Greg is a good person and you know that he has your best interest in mind. I backed out of a house because of an inspection which was a really hard thing for me to do and he was more than supportive of my decision and helped me jump back on house searching even though I was discouraged. In the end, I found exactly what I was looking for. I have no doubt that I will go to him again in the future.
